Manager Testing Engineering PMO

We are currently looking for a: Manager Testing Engineering PMO With the following requirements: Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent Professional certification in Project Management (e.g. PMP, IPMA, Agile) Experience in managing a large portfolio of complex projects Proficiency in establishing intelligent digital Project Management Office solutions High priority setting and planning capacities with the ability to react quickly and effectively Able to deal with ambiguity, autonomous and highly action oriented Interpersonal skills with the ability to form and maintain relationships internally and externally Fluency in English is a must, French is an advantage. If you possess the above mentioned profile then you are the one we want to meet for staffing our Testing Engineering Department, in Philip Morris Products S.A., Science and Innovation, in Neuchâtel, Switzerland. Your specific responsibilities will be: Manage a project portfolio of complex cross-functional engineering projects in the accelerated product testing domain Manage and ensure timely implementation of the Testing Engineering investment budget Oversee the initiation, valorization, prioritization and planning of new projects Ensure minimal wasted time and resources Manage the contracted resources base required to execute the project portfolio Establish and maintain stakeholder specific project dashboards Manage the supplier base of the department Act as the central point of contact for Testing Engineering projects, deal with client requests and stakeholder communication Own the project management processes and monitor the team performance through establishment of relevant KPIs and metrics.
