Global Procurement Manager Manufacturing

We are currently hiring a Global Procurement Manager Manufacturing to be based at our Madrid office. Ideally, you will have a university degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or equivalent with experience in Procurement at global or regional category level with high specialization in Engineering/Technical Procurement covering Digitalization, Robotization, Automation of different Manufacturing processes including Internal Logistics. RISE TO THE CHALLENGE Being part of the Procurement Department of Philip Morris International based in our Madrid office, the Global Procurement Manager Manufacturing will: Specifically, you will: Develop& Execute Global Sourcing Strategy by interacting with key stakeholders, analyzing market and deliver end-to-end category management practices in line with overall functional strategies; starting from tests to scalability worldwide. Develop specific best practices for sourcing: TCO of assets, risks management, integration of the solutions, IS related. Focus on cost improvement by achieving significant negotiated savings year over year while maintaining and improving quality and service levels. Lead Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) process. Develop mechanisms and metrics to track supplier performance related to delivery, quality, and cost Ensure efficient communication with above 40 affiliates around the world Qualifications Procurement Expertise on the above categories at regional / global scale. Project Management Skills Result Oriented Strategic thinking Strong verbal and written communication plus analytical skillset. Strategic sourcing, market analysis, long-term strategy development, risk management, negotiations, supplier selection and management, cost reductions and cash flow.
