We are looking for a Commercial Capability Building Manager (COD) who will assure right level and consistency of technical knowledge across the Commercial organization, guaranteeing strong fundamentals of Combustible and traditional channels (product, brand building, & deployment), and accelerating new capabilities for RRP (Digital, Customer Care, Retail, etc.).
Your scope will be the cluster Caricam (Central America – Dominican Republic – Caribbean), and you can be based in Costa Rica or Dominic Republic.
Your main accountabilities:
*Partner with the commercial areas to perform Gap assessment and mapping of current stage and future needs of new capabilities
*Design and execute the transfer knowledge strategy for CC and RRP
*Design strategy ensuring alignment with global according to NOM (i.e. train of trainers, outsource, SMEs, etc.)
*Define and deploy training plans (frequency and intensity) and track effectiveness of plan deployment
*Global tool box prioritization and management of the channels to deploy training (i.e. digital, in-house, SMEs, etc.).
*Assure consistency, quality and sustainability of technical knowledge for all the organization
*Support Management on accuracy of technical skills assessment (Map process & re-tooling decision process, etc.)
*Guarantee networking and sourcing of technical expertise that provides outside perspective (PMI & outside of PMI)
*Provide training guidelines to Third Party partners for the applicable markets, align with Legal recommendations.
5-7 years of experience as leading process of training to sales areas, in a multinational company of B2C industries.
Experience with technical knowledge Gap assessment
Prove experience training portfolio section and deployment, develop infrastructure to deploy as well.
A validated background with training budget, planning and administration.
Fluent Spanish and English are mandatory.
A College or University degree in Economics, and Business Administration is required.
