Business and Consumer Analyst

About the role: You will be a part of a newly established Business and Consumer Intelligence team and work with our affiliates in Czechia, Slovakia and Hungary. You will uncover both opportunities and pain points and deliver actionable insights for driving the consumer-centric decisions. The job location is Prague. You will: • Work cross-functionally and deliver analysis which will provide actionable insights that have real business value • Analyse various available data sources and be able to connect all the crucial points to drive insight-led strategies and plans • Track consumer journey KPI’s, analyse gaps and opportunities and propose business actions • Cooperate closely with analysts from other departments (Business Intelligence, Digital, CRM etc) and drive mutual analysis and collaboration • Propose and explore areas which will help further development of the business Your qualifications: • University degree in Business Administration / Marketing or relevant (academic) education • Previous experience in a consumer/data insights role in a leading FMCG or market research company is a must • Knowledge of market research methods (qualitative, quantitative) will be advantage • Fluent English (B2+) • Strong analytical skills ability to connect various data sources, analyse and present data • Proven working experience in project management and cross-functionally collaboration • Strategic thinking with ability to see a bigger picture and business perspective • Advanced user of MS Office applications, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint We offer: • We offer a competitive salary and excellent benefits package such as: • Flexible working hours / home office possibility • 25 vacation days and 4 sick days • Excellent location - Karlovo namesti (line B, 10 min from line C - I.P.Pavlova), with terrace on 8th floor with great view and ,,Naplavka" behind the corner • Meal tickets and plenty of restaurants close to the office • 5 000 points in BenefitCafe, Multisport card • Summer/winter vacation contribution • Life & accident insurance, Pension plan with contribution (3rd pillar) • Above-standard medical care
