Commercial Org. Development Coordinator

PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Contribute in creating an agile, competent and efficient commercial organization by establishing and deploying sustained capability building programs in order to enable accomplishment of the business objectives. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Design, plan & develop and upgrade learning portfolio and tools to maximize effectiveness and achieve competitive advantage through higher level of professionalism and improved functional and soft skills of Commercial Organization. Continuously gather and apply latest learning techniques (ex. Gamification) and manage the learning process, materials and attendance profile. Digital Learning Solutions - Support roll out and deployment of remote learning solutions, in order to further support capability building of Commercial Organization and achieve best synergy of remote learning platforms, balancing properly the in-class vs on-the-job development solutions. Analyze and identify all development priorities and subsequently develop and implement tailor made learning programs for field forces. Proactively develop and deliver educational activities for retailers. Coaching & Integration - Contribute to design and implementation of learning deployment plan so as to secure readiness of employees in new roles (in-house or outsourced). Secure a full fledge buy-in of a coaching culture in the commercial organization. Equip relevant positions with specific in-class delivery techniques (via Train of Trainers sessions) to be used further while coaching others. Equip people mangers with the right coaching skills focused on on-the-job tools; establish the efficient and effective usage of these tools in order to ensure a continuous improvement process. Analyze current COD processes, training programs & plans in order to identify opportunities, and eliminate critical gaps and bottlenecks. Plan and propose improvement actions to drive sustainable improvements in the Commercial organization capability building process. Policies & Procedures - Build and maintain a solid image for PM by providing professional and high quality services to third parties, respecting all PM business practices and principals. REQUIREMENTS You have a University degree (preferably on Marketing). You are fluent in Spanish and English (C1 is a must) Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role (field training)
