Assistant GM & Legal

πŸ“Œ Bratislava, Slovakia 🚩 Main responsibilities – Complex executive support to our General Manager and Legal department from administrative tasks to business-related activities – Being the first point of contact for GM’s agenda-related matters – Organizing various events, visits and meetings, closely cooperating with Internal Communication & Employee Engagement (within HR department) on organization of business updates, corporate charitable programs and other internal/external company events; – Coordinating and monitoring activities and projects driven by the GM, closely cooperating with various stakeholders – Interpreting meetings and events as needed – Various ad-hoc tasks πŸ”Ž What are we looking for? – Bachelor’s degree preferred – Excellent Slovak (C1+) & fluent English (B2) is a must – Demonstrated excellent prioritizing and organizational skills – Strong capability in planning, collaboration and problem solving – Delivering on-time and quality support – Action-oriented | Professional demeanor | Strong communication skills Find a new path Our company offers you a fresh perspective.
