Commercial Planning & Channel Strategy Executive

📌 Bratislava, Slovakia As a Commercial Planning & Channel Strategy Executive you will be leading assigned project cycles on market level related to communication and commercial activities. You will facilitate a smooth two-way communication between field force and cluster team and actively participate in assigned cross-functional and multi-category projects. The main accountability in this position is to prepare action reviews and recommendations based on the inputs gathered from all respective parties. You will also be responsible for preparation of budget inputs related to commercial activities and involved in the regional district plans preparation and consolidation. 🚩 Main responsibilities – Lead assigned project on market level - ensure planning, approval and smooth roll-out of commercial activities to the market in required quality and in a timely manner – Facilitate the discussions and communication among all involved parties – Gather and consolidate inputs from market (field force and other department) and cluster team – Analyze gathered inputs and apply corrections if necessary to future execution based on findings/learnings and experience – Cooperate with the Cluster POSM group, Acquisition and Retention team in selection and production of communication materials – Participate in the preparation of budgets, strategic reviews and management updates – Prepare contracts for commercial activities based on internal policies & procedures and systematically keep record of all supporting documentation, data & information – Ensure all executed activities are fully compliant with Philip Morris Slovakia policies & procedures 🔎 What are we looking for? – 2+ years of experience in Marketing/Trade marketing/Sales/Project Management – MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) – Communicative English (B2) and Slovak (B2) – A Degree in Marketing/Economics/Business Administration preferred – Strong communication, priority setting and planning skills Find a new path Our company offers you a fresh perspective.
