Direct Retail Experience Trainer

Direct Retail channel’s mission is to deliver a RRP product experience in a transformative, delightful, trust-earning and human way in retail formats under full PMI supervision. The customer journey covers all stages, from the product discovery phase, through consumer’s need identification & purchasing decision to the retention stage. The role of the Direct Retail team is to identify right locations for targeting our consumers in an appropriate & attractive way, to implement global & local visual merchandising principles, to ensure premium quality of services, to leverage on the global activation toolbox in combination with local development and to drive operational efficiency. Various brand retail initiatives & tools are identified and implemented in order to create game-changing experiences, to enhance understanding & credibility via transparency, to build personal connections with our consumers and to go beyond satisfaction with provided superior services. To strengthen our Direct Retail team, we are currently looking for Direct Retail Experience Trainer MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES • Develop and execute Training Programs in the Retail Network including sales, service, employee induction, and coaching on selling opportunities etc. • Conduct onboarding training sessions for new hires • Deliver all key global trainings dedicated to DR staff • Prepare & deliver the Brand Retail Academy trainings • Evaluate training and development needs of our Retail Network based on business needs (mystery shopping, regular meetings with Regional and Store Managers and 3rd party) • Monitor the level of services delivered by DR staff in cooperation with Regional Managers, Store Managers & 3rd party Experience Coach Assist with floor supervision and spot coaching as needed when traveling throughout the retail network • Observe how sales experts interact with clients to identify areas of improvement • Partner with CRM and CSC teams to develop product training seasonally EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / KEY COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS • Preferably BSc degree in Education, Human Resources or relevant field • 2+ years of work experience as a Retail Trainer, Sales Trainer or similar role in retail/hospitality industry is must • Ability to manage the full training cycle, including conducting in-person activities • Fluency in English and Czech / Slovak • Good knowledge of MS Office tools • Driver’s license B is a must, active driver • Excellent presentation skills • Ability to motivate employees to achieve sales quotas WE OFFER • Competitive salary • Flexible working hours / home office possibility • 25 vacation days and 4 sick days • Excellent location - Karlovo namesti (line B, 10 min from line C - I.P.Pavlova), with terrace on the 8th floor with great view and ,,Naplavka" behind the corner • Meal tickets and plenty of restaurants close to the office • 5 000 points in BenefitCafe, Multisport card • Summer/winter vacation contribution • Life & accident insurance, Pension plan with contribution (3rd pillar) • Above-standard medical care
