About the role
As the Events & Consumer Activation Manager, you will play a pivotal part in building a strong consumer engagement platform for our existing and new IQOS Users as well as contributing to building awareness and brand equity particularly in Bristol. This will involve to design the consumer activation strategy, plan and mechanics by collaborating with relevant cross functional teams and provide excellence in execution. Relevant knowledge of Horeca channel and its dynamics and key stakeholders would be crucial to propose a strategy and execute related plan.
You will be involved in scouting, contracting and managing 3rd party agencies and communicating the consumer engagement plans with them.
You’ll also be responsible for building a new team of Consumer Activation Executives. This will include the definition of their accountabilities and setting KPI’s, involvement in the recruitment and to provide training materials. It is crucial that all team members have a clear understanding of Company’s Principles and Policies and act accordingly.

Ideally you’ll have previous experience in an Event/sales environment, and demonstrate your ability to take full advantage of a phenomenal opportunity to deliver fantastic customer service. You will have led teams in previous roles, and be able to demonstrate how you are able to successfully motivate and lead a team to hit their targets.
