For our Strategy Planning and Business Intelligence team in Lausanne, Switzerland, we are therefore looking for a Head of Brand Retail & E-Comm & KPIs.
In this position you will collect Intelligence from direct competitors and other product category competitors and provide insights, globally and by Region/market. Define and monitor retail, e-commerce and CSC KPIs and Business Intelligence. Identify insights through data monitoring and integrate information and insights with VOC. Provide feedback within function to IQOS Stores and Care.
• Define analytics reporting requirements
• Track KPIs and drive insights
• Identify channel improvement opportunities
• Analyze and generate insight on Omni-channel metrics and KPIs
• Act as aggregator and coordinator of cross-channel initiatives and dependencies
• Strategic coordination: Feedback, report & coordinate with dependent functions
• Work with IS to define requirements
