HR Services Specialist Employee Experience

Responsibilities: • Responsible for driving a successful Employee Experience (EX) life-cycle including onboarding, remuneration, reward, relocations, maintaining employees personal files, payroll and time&attendance, off-boarding administrative process • Serve as a subject matter expert on internal benefits, programs, guidelines, procedures, systems and ensure employees have accurate information and guidance; involves coaching employees to gain this expertise on their own • Collaborate with internal HR team and Share Service Centrum (SSC) in Krakow in order to improve Employee-centric approach to delivering employee tools and services • Responsible for maintenance of internal programs including Health &Well- being program, Benefit Café, Employee Assistance Program • Propose and implement innovative solutions to simplify processes and reduce administrative pain points • Design and modify the policies and procedures of the company reflecting legislation and internal audits requirements • Technical Skills o Ability to quickly learn and adapt to internal systems o Tech savvy o English advanced Qualifications: • Communication • Confidentiality and Diplomacy • Interpersonal Skills • Detail-Oriented • Strong organizational and excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Research Skills : Able to gather data, facts and impressions from a variety of sources; seeks knowledge about policies, rules, laws, procedures or practices; managing the data flow; classifying and organizing information for use in decision-making and monitoring • Business Acumen: • Results Driven • Adaptability : Ability to handle challenging situations, and resolve issues creatively and effectively • Problem-solving skills
