Talent & Organizational Development Lead

WE OFFER: • Unique opportunity to join an industry leader in the business transformation • A possibility for growth by joining experienced and highly professional team that designs the consumer-centric processes • Competitive salary and wide range of the best-in-class benefits: o flexible working arrangements adjusted to your needs, including remote work o private medical and dental care o life insurance o prepaid Sodexo card o employee pension plan o multisport program o holiday & Christmas bonus o wide range of trainings, optional language classes, further education and possibility for support in getting higher professional qualification RISE TO THE CHALLENGE: As Talent & Organizational Development Lead you will: • Conduct projects in various areas (e.g. learning, diversity & inclusion, company culture, performance management etc.) • Give an input for strategic framework of courses and workshops within the company • Design and deliver on the capability building strategy, through collection and needs analysis and deployment of internally developed solutions or engagement with external experts that best address organizational needs • Provide advice and guidance to the organization on solutions, tools and processes in line with the talent & organization development strategy • Strive for continuous improvements in our processes and initiatives through trends analysis, benchmarking, best practices, aiming for increased ROI in line with our strategy WE ARE LOOKING TO RECRUIT A TEAM-PLAYER WITH: • 4-5 years of experience in HR area (including last positions as HR Business Partner / Learning & Development Specialist or similar role related to area of learning, development and project management) • Experience within big, international company (nice to have: experience in FMCG sector) • Background in facilitation and providing workshops • Excellence in project management and prioritizing tasks and goals • Know-how in learning & development or diversity management • Very good command of English and Polish • Acquaintance in MS Office • Driving license Please apply on-line.
