IQOS Marketing Executive

As IQOS Marketing Executive, you will be working in the forefront of engaging consumers to our IQOS brand. You will implement our integrated commercial communication strategy by developing marketing materials for our channels in accordance with the overall corporate and brand vision. You will also work with various functions to ensure that all brand communications (online/offline) are omni-channel driven, and brand-relevant based on market dynamics and consumer insights to further grow the brand. OPPORTUNITIES • Integrated Communication Strategy Implementation - Develop communication strategy for IQOS based on consumer insights and market dynamics liaising with global teams (both online and offline) - Consistently develop, adjust and deploy relevant messages across different consumer segments through effective marketing materials - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to run brand / product campaigns across all available point of sales touchpoints • Message / Communication Toolbox Deployment - Proactively engage with global teams to adapt global brand guidelines including the communication materials to the Korean market - Brief and guide agencies on specific projects to achieve excellence in execution at optimal cost • Consumer Journey Understanding - Comprehensive understanding of global consumer journey map to collaborate with Sales and Customer Care group to map out consumer experiences across different touchpoints and develop communications tailoring to different consumer experience • Budget Management - Effective and efficient resource and budget management to ensure completion of all assigned initiatives within the allocated budget • Compliance - Ensure all implemented initiatives comply with internal policies and external regulations REQUIREMENTS • 3 to 5 years’ experience in Brand Marketing and Brand Communications • Experience in B2C consumer goods industry • Fluent in written and spoken English • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Agile, flexible, and proactive mindset • Competent user of MS office programs APPLICATION GUIDELINES • Go PMI career site, "www.pmi.com/careers" and set ‘South Korea’ and search for the job • Click ‘Apply Now’ button and ‘Upload a File’ for new applicants • Upload your English Resume either in Word or PDF format (merge your files into one file named as your English name, i.e., CV Gildong Hong) • Fill in basic information such as employment and education • Create password and submit application BENEFITS & TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT • Contract Type - Permanent • Compensation & Benefits - Competitive compensation & benefits including Group life and accident insurance, Welfare card, Flexible working hour (half-day Fridays) • Work location - Philip Morris Korea, 10, Gukjegeumyung-ro, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, Korea #LIJobs
