PMI is looking for a bright, analytical and solve-problem oriented individual to fill a Senior Digital Analyst role in the Commercial Department.
Our Senior Digital Analyst will be working along with several areas of the Company (Commercial Intelligence, Sales, Marketing, CRM, Customer Care, etc), monitoring all digital channels’ and initiatives’ performance (from google analytics data, to e-commerce tracking, to digital campaigns results, to social listening tools, etc) and providing an integrated and strategic view to all the relevant stakeholders, identifying issues or improvements areas and helping to rapidly put in place data driven action plans.
Due to the variety of stakeholders involved with this professional, the scope of business decisions that need to be supported by the candidate are also very diverse, such as deciding how to improve overall awareness, improve channels performance, boost digital leads generation, improve SEO, etc.
The ideal candidate should be able to ensure that all digital properties/initiatives are properly tagged and tracked, so that he or she can gather insights to identify areas of improvement, working afterwards with the business owners to come up with a solution to accelerate our growth.

•At least 5 year experience in digital analytics with tech savviness of tagging/tracking;
•Experience in integration tools that can gather and cross several digital data sources;
•Advanced knowledge of Social Listening & Sentiment Analysis tools;
•Fluent in Spanish;
•Advanced level of English;
•Strong motivation for development and learning;
•Action Oriented and Problem Solving attitude;
•Ability to meet deadlines and work independently;
•Excellent organization skills attention to detail.
