Purpose of the Position:
This role is to manage direct retail operation for Flagship Store and Shop in Shop to provide premium consumer engagements and execute IQOS brand initiatives to build “Brand Equity” in Japan. Also the role is to establish superior service hub for approx. 15% of total IQOS customers collaborating with customer service group and cross functional teams. The position is to collaborate with Global Retail Team to develop efficiency in store operation and support maximizing the business results qualitatively and quantitatively.
? Ensure operational excellence and compliance by 3rd party to elevate in-store experience for customer by collaborating with Global Retail Team to seek the alignment for the operational excellence.
? Develop operational KPIs (Revenue, ARPU, GT, Traffic etc.) by each stores and providing assessment on Retail KPIs against plan, weekly sales penetration and monthly sales highlights to line manager.
? Analyze sales trend, consumer trend in timely manner, and develop strategy to maximize the business result in qualitatively and quantitatively.
? Execute agreed commercial activities and post evaluations (marketing promotion, events and etc.)
? Support and initiate all technology initiative (involving Line, new retail system, other relating system), collaborating with RRP digital team and Customer Care team and Global Retail team to provide meaningful testing and feedback, and enable integration into retail channel operation.
? Support and execute required financial transaction for related sales and retail operation activities (including FI invoice, PRPO) ensuring compliance to internal P&P.
- College/University degree
- At least 3 years work experience in retail industry (luxury brand is preferable)
- Experience as store manager or sub-store manager (managing several # of stores in HQ is more preferable)
- Strong communication skill both in Japanese & English
- Excellent analytical skills
- Standing alone with Agility, Customer Focus and Drive for result
