Finance Planning Analyst-CARICAM

We are looking for a Finance Planning Analyst for CARICAM Cluster to join our Philip Morris Dominicana team in Santo Domingo. See the accountabilities of the role bellow: • Identify and highlight data-driven Reduced-Risk Products (RRPs) performance insights. • Ensure timely and accurate business reporting and perform regular or ad hoc financial analyzes of RRP activities. • Create, update, and maintain financial models and detailed forecasts of the organization’s future operations. • Prepare budget scenarios, including pricing, tax and sales volume impacts. • Evaluate RRP commercial investment strategies in close cooperation with Commercial area. • Monitor RRP performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyze causes of unexpected variance. Hard Skills Required: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field, required. Minimum of 3+ years of experience understanding and challenging the key financial KPIs and P&L analysis in a global FMCG company or in a similar dynamic environment Excellent knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, macros) Prior experience with month end analysis (forecast vs actuals) Prior experience with Budgeting / Forecast process Knowledge of SAP English (spoken and written) advanced Soft Skills Required: Analytical mind set with the ability to draw conclusions based on figures, communicate complex issues in a clear, concise manner to management / internal stakeholders Ability to establish and Influence business partners to improve decision making and overall company profitability Strong curiosity to learn and ideate beyond existing practices, connecting data from several systems Problem-solving, initiative and drive for results Integrity and trust Process and project management Strong communication skills A positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced multinational environment Find a new path Our company offers you a fresh perspective, where you will never stop exploring and discovering.
