Senior Information Security Architect, Operational Technology

Join us in this role and you’ll be part of our IT Information Security & Data Privacy international team in the beautiful city of London, UK. Your “day to day” • Design and maintain modern and re-usable architectural patterns for the secure use of Operational Technology (OT) at PMI • Provide expert guidance around the optimal security architecture of Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) solutions • Assess information security risks affecting the Manufacturing and Supply Chain technology infrastructure, including factory network segregation/segmentation and OEM machine connectivity • Propose and support the implementation of risk reduction initiatives aimed at enabling secure development of factory digitalization use cases • Formalize (e.g. in the form of diagrams, guardrails, standard operating procedures, etc.) relevant principles and requirements for OT security enterprise-wide • Liaise with Information Security leadership and the wider IT Architecture community to ensure that those principles are effectively and efficiently embedded in new IT/OT initiatives or experiments • Coordinate the research, evaluation and implementation of new or updated OT security technology solutions aimed at reducing ever increasing cyber risk • Provide expertise to colleagues in Information Security and other IT functions on matters such as applicable policies, standards, etc. and efficient use of technologies for the OT security domain Who we’re looking for • Minimum 7 years of experience in an OT Security position, preferably in the architecture or engineering space • Professional certifications in OT Security, e.g. IACRB Certified SCADA Security Architect, SANS GICSP, SANS GRID, SANS GCIP, ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Certificate Program • Proven track record in securing ICS technologies, e.g. PLCs, HMI, DCS, SCADA, BMS • Demonstrated experience with the design and implementation of secure Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) technologies, ideally at large companies • Strong knowledge of IT and OT network communication protocols (e.g. TCP/IP, UDP, DNP3, Modbus, IEC 61850, OPC UA, PROFINET) • Familiarity with cloud computing architectures (e.g. IaaS, PaaS, FaaS, SaaS) and their corresponding characteristics in terms of information security • Ability to lead and execute large, complex projects related to OT security (e.g. network segregation in factories) • Considerable technical writing proficiency and oral presentation skills, in English • Experience in using architecture methodologies such as TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) • Practical experience in Agile/DevOps organizations and cultures • Highly collaborative, with ability to build relationships with colleagues from different cultures throughout the organization The job/role offer is subject to valid right to work in UK What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
