People & Culture (Human Resources) Operations Executive – Temporary Candidates should have / be: • University degree • At least 2-3 years of experience in HR Operations • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Digital literacy around HR technology and ability to identify needs to turn data into insights • Strong communication & interpersonal skills and attention to detail • Collaborative, team player, customer oriented and quick learner JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for a People & Culture (HR) Operations Executive to be employed in our Factory in Izmir, who will be a member of our People & Culture Operations team for 1 year period and provide full range of HR operations to support employee’s life cycle. The incumbent of this position will: • Execute HR operations in full compliance with legal requirements and company procedures, • Recommend improvements and simplifications of existing processes and procedures, • Support deployment of Employee Experience initiatives and projects, • Administer benefits - health insurance, life insurance, pension, • Provide guidance to line managers regarding key employee processes, • Act as point of contact for employees raising their requests, • Work in close cooperation with Shared Service Center (SSC) team in Krakow, • Carry out HR processes such as entries, exits, international assignment, transfers according to relevant procedures and regulations, • Ensure efficient, timely and accurate reporting for monthly payroll. #LIJobs
