Analyst Consumer Insights and Analytics

Philip Morris in Ukraine is looking for a highly experienced Consumer Insights Analyst (Data Analyst at Market research team) who will support Ukraine organization in transforming the business and support the consumer-centricity by: • Building empathy for the customer by producing in-depth understanding of critical experience, pain points and delights • Connecting the dots across a variety of data sources and continuously building our knowledge about the consumer (market data - adult consumers - net promoter score) • Generating insights Consumer Journey through adhoc research MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES: • Conducts real time market level analyses to generate consumer insights for Commercial team, Consumer Journey team using consumer feedback via NPS(Net promoter score) system / performance dashboards. This will be used to create root cause analyses to build hypotheses that feed in to actions / further research / FFWD (lean and fast) projects for Ukraine • Works with market research knowledge management systems (consumer trackers and NPS system) to identify 'knowledge gaps' about consumer's motivations and experiences with IQOS and competitive products. Connect the dots and continuously builds on knowledge about the consumer • Collaborates with other members of the Commercial function to articulate business questions, develop adhoc market research studies and acts with a sense of urgency (most projects completed in < 4 weeks) • Conducts adhoc research to address specific business questions that cannot be answered by analyses of regular NPS or other business performance indicators. Utilizes a variety of off-the-shelf or customized market research techniques (including online surveys, ethnography, exit surveys, crowdsourcing, etc.) • Performs a regular update/ report of Key Consumer Performance Indicators (KPI) in order to inform all management layers of the Company and develop and populate Dashboard that will be used as a basis for root-cause analysis REQUIREMENTS: • Higher Education (University Degree in in Mathematics, Statistics and Advanced analytic, Marketing, Social Science) • Experience with behavioral economics or economics are also advantageous • Working Experience: 3+ year experience in market research, market analysis, strategic planning or customer experience before moving to client-side. Preferably 5+ overall experience within large multinational company or leading international information and measurement company. • Strong analytical skills • Excellent communication & presentation skills • The candidate will need to be experienced in identifying & solving problems with business cases. • A high level of comfort with Microsoft Excel, Power Point and similar software is necessary • Experience working with SQL and data visualization (e.g. Power BI, Stratifyd, Tableau) • Experience working with text analytics, process mining, B2C customer oriented metrics is a plus WHAT WE OFFER: • You will work in truly international environment • You will get unique development opportunities • You will enjoy building your network among highly professional colleagues • You will get competitive level of compensation & social package
