You're ‘day to day’
Senior Commercial Analyst reports to Manager Planning & Sales PMO. Main responsibilities are:
•Possess high level of the market landscape understanding, trends among consumers, retailers, regions & channels to support the sales management team decisions
•Lead and develop the sales forecast for short and long term. Provide sales analysis, track the sales progression during the month and provide actionable insights to the sales management team
•Lead and design robust commercial analysis and business reviews that support the Sales management team in their decision making looking at public competitive activities, consumer’s behavior, regions and channels trends
•Develop and transform brands' strategies into long/short commercial plans to achieve our business goals. Design different scenarios for the commercial activities looking on the return of investment
•Support the sales management in the preparation of the annual commercial plans
•Responsible for formulating and tracking the Sales objectives & measures thorough the year with actionable insights
•Accountable for budget setting and control, ensure optimum use of company's resources with high level of return on investment results
•Administrator of the Sales management team meetings, HQ field visits, budget efficiency projects etc.
•Improve capabilities and methodologies behind sales forecasting, data handling and analysis
•Enable and facilitate the interface between PMI multifunctional teams and our FFs

Qualities we’re looking for
High level analytical skills and integration between quality and quantity data
•Data and details oriented
•Thinks and act decisively
•Possessing excellent communication skills
•Good collaboration with colleagues and senior managers
BA/B.Sc. in Statistics/ Math/ Engineering/ Economy OR other quantitative field
•Vast experience in a commercial/business/Financial analytic role (3 years at least)
•Sales or Marketing experience from FMCG companies – Advantage
•Advance Knowledge in statistical tools/models- Advantage
•Strong knowledge and expertise of office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) – Must
•Knowledge of BI systems (Power BI, Tableau, salesforce) - Big Advantage
•Fluent English and Hebrew – read, write and present – Must
•Valid work permit in Israel
