Purpose of the Position:
The Marketing Executive is responsible to assist the Programs Marketing Manager to develop the strategy and planning for service and program marketing covering awareness generation, consumer facing communications and new touchpoint activation. The Marketing Executive also acts as a Project Manager of mid-level complexity initiatives, ensuring full delivery of the project including planning, execution/deployment, managing internal/external stakeholders and managing/reporting the performance with the Line Manager.
? Assist Line Manager in development of strategy for consumer programs and services through:
? Compiling program/service performance data across touchpoints, analyzing results and sharing hypotheses
? Leveraging the PMJ consumer insights team to capture relevant consumer feedback
? Leveraging third party data (social media listening, other industry best practices)
? Assist Line Manager in development of new initiatives or enhancing of existing initiatives around programs and services via strong, consistent collaboration with other functions in the organization to optimize effectiveness across touchpoints in terms of speed of deployment, consistency across touchpoints and quality of execution.
? As Project Manager, execute the development, production, execution and monitoring of projects including but not limited to setting internal meetings with relevant stakeholders, creating briefs for creative agencies, developing and managing project schedules, providing feedback on creatives/copies, designing and executing sprint tests with consumers.
? As Project Manager, work closely with external agencies directly to:
? Ensure that project briefs are accurate and fully aligned between PMJ and partner agencies
? Ensure that the creative development process is executed on time, to meet relevant milestones and deadlines via end to end effective agency management
? Ensure that output quality is high, on time and cost effective via constructive feedback to the agency
? As Project Manager, ensure that all developed materials and implemented activities are fully in line with local regulations, by seeking advice from PMJ's Legal Counsel and External Affairs, and submitting and receiving necessary approvals for all developed plans prior to implementation.
? As Project Manager, ensures effective control of all brand related direct marketing expenses within allocated budget, and conducts regular meeting with Line Manager to review budget status.
? College/University degree, post graduate degree
? Experience in marketing and planning brand activities in FMCG, preferably global brand;
? Understanding of organization to collaborate cross functionally
? Strong aspiration and passion for Marketing
? Project management experience is a plus
? High in learning agility and consumer centricity
? Strong logical thinking and communication skills
