The Treasury Analyst reports to the Manager Treasury. Your ‘day to day’ The purpose of the position is to perform risk assessments and ensure compliance with the company credit policy in order to minimize the company exposure, manage the cash flow provide forecast and actual analysis and ensure timely collection. The selected candidate will: •Provide excellent support to relevant stakeholders in highly dynamic environment •Perform ongoing controls and analysis to provide meaningful insights •Assist in the decision-making process and will have opportunity to lead projects & initiatives that will enable us to improve processes and create added value to the business •Work as part of an experienced and professional team who will assist in the construction and development of his/her business and professional expertise •Work in a supportive, challenging and results-oriented environment. The job includes daily interfaces with key people in the organization. Who we’re looking for? Main responsibilities: •Ownership on credit management and risk assessments processes to minimize the company exposure •Facilitate process improvement and other optimization initiatives. •Monitoring and managing outstanding debt to ensure full and timely collection •Ownership on bank relationship and e-banking related processes and controls •Provide excellent services to the relevant departments and stakeholders •Provide Controls and analysis reports to support business decisions •Provide training to employees in Treasury related topics •Identify and analyse business requirements to optimize Treasury processes Recruitment: •3 years' experience in Finance department in a medium to large sized global company •Bachelor's degree in economics or a relevant field •Customer service oriented •Strong knowledge and expertise of Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) – Must •Strong computer skills, including knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft products •Experience with Tableau and/or Power BI - advantage •Background in programming – advantage •Excellent organizational skills – time management skills, independent, details oriented, priority setting, ability to multitask and follow up •Team player, good communication and interpersonal skills - must •Strong analytical skills and ability to provide accurate correspondence and reports •Responsible and committed •Strategical thinking and process leading •Verbal and written communication skills in English What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
