Revenue Management Lead

WHAT ROLE WILL YOU PLAY? You are a Management level leader responsible for delivering pricing ~$50M in Net Revenue (Rough estimate based on 2.5% pricing per annum). The Revenue Management team is devoted to developing strategies that will lead to both short term and long-term profitable revenue growth for RBH as well as optimizing business processes. We do this to ultimately support RBH’s smoke free vision. Our team collaborates with multiple departments as well as with customers and 3rd party partners. Success is dependent upon our strong analytical competencies, creativity and ability to build and maintain strong relationships in order to develop and execute our desired goals. We are seeking a passionate and results oriented self-starter who thrives in a high paced and ambiguous environment. Someone who can trail blaze, multi task and manage multi projects while delivering exceptional results. WHAT ARE THE ACCOUNTABILITIES? Identify revenue management opportunities by conducting competitor and market analysis and synthesizing data into actionable insights/recommendations to support senior management decision making and collaborate with stakeholders (Other RBH departments, customers and 3rd parties) in order to conceptualize end-user implementation and execute these strategies in market with speed and excellence. Monitor and analyze the impact of pricing strategies in market vs. targets. Provide insights as well as corrective actions to commercial team, customers and leadership team to drive improved business performance and customer alignment. Work with the finance team to ensure the accuracy and maintenance of all data inputs into the pricing tool (E.g. costing, trade, CSD data, etc.) as well as pricing outputs from the tool (E.g. list prices and deductions) by customer. Govern customer pricing compliance in order to approve and manage performance-based payment programs. Collaborate with team in order to identify areas to optimize current processes as well as establish processes and controls for new revenue management initiatives (E.g. Pricing optimization). Educate stakeholders on new processes where necessary. WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE: Completion of University degree - Degree in Business Management or Finance, Experience with pricing tools a strong asset. Solid work experience in pricing (3-5 years), preferably gained in analysis and governance. Proficient with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint etc.) Strong Project Management Skills WHO WE ARE?
