Corporate Finance Systems Lead

We now have an opportunity for a Corporate Finance Systems Lead for a new Global Structure based in Portugal: PMI’s Finance Center of Expertise (CoE). Come and join us! Bring your expertise, curiosity and willing to make extraordinary things! About the Center of Expertise PMI is establishing a new Finance Center of Expertise in Portugal. The goal of this new CoE is to support PMI affiliates by developing an efficient, effective, capable and engaged organization with capabilities to collect, analyze and deliver information for fast, data-driven decision-making. You will work with a very dynamic, multicultural and exciting team, contributing directly to strategic internal initiatives and collaborating closely with both internal and external stakeholders, supporting PMI affiliates with new business solutions. Your day-to-day: As a Corporate Finance Systems Lead, you´ll lead admin systems and configuration ensuring stability, reliability and credibility with continue system improvement & innovation. You’ll take a leadership role in system governance projects, also supporting the decision making for process design on cross-functional changes, setting priorities for the project team and ensuring communication and change management plans. The ideal candidate will have: • Degree in Management, Information Management; Information Technologies; Statistics and Econometrics; Business Analytics; Data Science; Computer Science and Business Management or similar • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in similar position, with exposure to multinational environment; • Strong conceptual thinking and system driven; • Excellent people management skills; • Project management experience (Agile methodologies preferred); • Strong Customer focus mindset • Excellent level of English spoken and written.
