YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’ • PORTFOLIO - Define portfolio positioning, propose and align portfolio strategies based on consumer insights, and drive the entire organization towards aligned strategic priorities - Support portfolio strengthening/building to deliver business goals - Identify gaps & opportunities for portfolio and propose & implement optimization / maximization • INNOVATION & NEW LAUNCHES - Support new product launches and planning of 360 launch plot across touchpoints in line with business priorities and agreed brand strategies - Support driving current products via seasonal activation and campaigns (4-5 waves a year) - Optimize marketing campaigns / launches by analyzing past executions as well as market dynamics (i.e. competitors, market trend) • CONSUMER VALUE MANAGEMENT - Analyze consumer data to understand our consumer lifecycle and key drivers and barriers of the brand / category - Work closely with consumer experience team so that our campaigns and launches are incorporated with key inflection points of our consumer journey • TRADE - Collaborate with sales & business planning to lead pricing promotion strategy based on our consumer propositions - Participate in channel strategy development as key stakeholder for both on & offline channels WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR • 4-9 years of experience in marketing and category management from FMCG, working closely around brand strategy • Demonstrated in Brand Portfolio strategy and Category management • Experience in business and commercial planning • Strong project leading skills and stakeholder management skills • Good understanding of consumer insights and analytics • Strategic thinking and excellent communication skills • Fluent in both Korean and English WHAT WE OFFER Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
