We are growing and looking for an NPS Manager to embed Net Promoter System (NPS) attitudes, behaviours and processes into the pan-Baltic organization, for the purpose to collect consumer feedback and understand their experiences with IQOS brand. It is both a strategic and tactical role supporting the business to take immediate and tangible action to enhance consumer experience and ultimately drive business growth. It is with this in mind, you will: • In collaboration with PMI global function, cross-market and cross-functional stakeholders, 3rd party suppliers and local counterparts (IT and Digital) lead NPS roll-out and implementation in the Baltic markets. • Own and drive full NPS deployment from process and structure design, system usage, call-backs and huddles set-up to ingraining it into business as usual. • Foster continuous engagement and motivation of the whole pan-Baltic organization through on-boarding and refresher sessions, regular trainings, coaching and continued support to build and sustain a consumer-led organizational culture. • Continuously analyse voice of consumer data to uncover consumer pain points, derive actionable insights, prioritize the findings and translate them into everyday improvement actions and/or strategic initiatives in an effort to collectively grow our Promoters base.
