About the Role
You will support the creation of an end-to-end employee listening (voice of the employee) reporting/measurement strategy while using traditional, and at times, advanced statistical analysis techniques.
You will partner with senior level stakeholders to understand the insights required and co-produce the insights, with the onus being to ensure they are actionable.
You will be creating and communicating employee listening reports (PowerPoint), with compelling stories based on robust analysis, that integrate the insights across different surveys and listening devices to provide solutions to critical business challenges. It is expected that these would be created in a largely automated fashion to ensure the time from survey to action planning is minimal.
You’ll work with colleagues to set up highly impactful dashboards that are concentrated on the right KPIs and utilize our Qualtrics solution for analytics and reporting of insight. Experience in setting up Qualtrics dashboards (and surveys) isn’t a requirement but would be beneficial to the successful applicant.
You are comfortable juggling multiple projects, speaking with confidence to senior stakeholders and used to working to tight deadlines. You are experienced in at least one survey platform (Qualtrics, Confirmit, Medallia, Questback etc) so understand the advantages and limitations of such platforms.
The successful applicant will likely have a history in statistics and be used to everyday employee research techniques used such as regression analysis, key driver analysis, segmentation and two group testing (and implementing such outputs in automated reports). It is likely that you will also have experience in sentiment and thematic analysis using natural language programming, conjoint analysis, web and social media scrapping etc., as well as more traditional qualitative and quantitative methods.
Direct experience of automating employee research PowerPoint reports is required, this could be via one of the many externally available programmes (Slidefab, e-tabs etc) or via your own programming skills (e.g. VBA).
A beginner to intermediate level of data science methods and / or willingness to learn the latest data science and technology based research would be a great asset.
A person who enjoys managing the execution of employee listening research studies, from understanding the business question insights required, designing the research method and analyzing the results.
A candidate with Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and experience at a manager / senior manager level in employee engagement research / consumer insights / market research within an organisation or consulting agency.
A fluent English speaker with strong experience and capability in taking a consultative approach to insights creation, through working with senior stakeholders to provide the actionable insights.
A story-teller who is able to translate analysis and insights into actionable recommendations, as well as produce and present highly professional reports and automated dashboards to senior leaders at PMI
