We are looking for a Risk & Controls Analyst with practical knowledge and interest in Digital & Technology to join our Internal Controls team. The mission of Risk & Controls is to protect and enable PMI’s growth with objective and practical insights. We do this by monitoring the risk environment across PMI and providing insights to enable effective risk management. We serve as one of the company’s various lines of defense by partnering with our business and helping project teams identify and address risks related to processes and systems. You will partner with the business to assess and potentially mitigate IT risks related to emerging technologies as well as financial, compliance, and reputational risks. Responsibilities: • Partner with the business teams to assess risks and advise on controls that would mitigate IT risks related to emerging technologies as well as financial, compliance, and reputational risks • Build strong relationships with relevant business partners to understand their business and identify appropriate risk mitigations and opportunities to add value • Identify financial, operational, reputational and system risks through assurance, consulting, and solutions management activity • Design and execute audit programs to address relevant risks, generate insights through data & storytelling, analytical and interpreting data • Prepare reports to document audit scope, procedures, findings and recommendations; interpret the significance of audit findings, conclude on findings and make practical recommendations for remediation; assess new processes, or changes to existing processes to identify financial, operational and system risks before launch - with recommendations for improvements • Communicate effectively with, and educate process owners (including commercial teams and other business functions) on, the importance of understanding business risks, an effective control environment, and the role of the Risk & Controls team Qualifications: • University degree in IT Engineering, Computer Science or Finance • Practical experience in risks and compliance assessments (ITGC, SOX, SOC etc.) over digital solutions, technology and systems • Knowledge on the systems configurations: CRM, BPM, ERP, CMS, E-Commerce (i.e. SAP, 1C, SalesForce, CS-Cart, Treasure data etc) • Familiarity with cloud-based solutions (Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Azure etc.) will be an advantage • Hands-on experience of building bots with Viber, Telegram and Facebook will be an advantage • Confident MS Office user • Fluent Ukrainian and Russian, English – Advanced Key skills: • Ability to navigate through ambiguity, manage and coordinate multiple project assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • Ability and willingness to take initiative to address problems and make continuous process improvements • Effective leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
