We are looking for our Business Intelligence Manager, this is a critical role within the Commercial team in Mexico. Your main responsibilities will be: • Work with the Market Research Project Leader and Marketing Team to actively lead any task related to Nielsen Retail Audit in LATAM: generate insights connected to the market reality, manage coverage, SKUs, databases, and lead the agenda with Nielsen and the business. Develop project briefs with project sponsors (usually Marketing Heads / Brand Managers) to maximize potential for actionability / business impact. • Lead brand trackers (questionnaires, samples, reports) and priority market research projects (from briefing to analysis, reporting & presenting results) for conventional cigarettes and RRP. • Work with a global network of PMI market researchers and external agencies to ensure market research projects throughout the region follow Philip Morris International standards and are executed with the highest quality and with learnings leveraged to the maximum. • Identify focus areas to run Market research, share technical skills, coaching, providing opportunities for training (on & off the job), and presenting / communication / report writing to reportees/ market research • Conduct real time market level analyses to generate consumer insights for their Commercial, Consumer Journey and Channel teams using consumer feedback via NPS system, creating root cause analyses to build hypotheses that feed in to actions / further research / FFWD projects for their respective markets, and conducting post launch measurement of initiatives implemented. Education, experience and desired functional knowledge and required skills • Experience/knowledge: Experience with Nielsen data management and interpretation, consumer insights in/ outside of PMI. Background with statistics/advanced analytics; proficient in English. • Experience working with multiple countries and teams is valuable • Collaboration: Highly collaborative individual with strong communication skills to make consumer insights relevant for different audiences • Problem solving: Entrepreneurial, results-driven mindset; Alignment of top-down, cross-functional and -market priorities, analyses and insights; Data asset and text mining management and improvement Find a new path!
