YOU are a dedicated HR Professional with 5-7 years of hands-on experience in a Talent Acquisition Specialist Role within a large, multi-national corporate environment or agency (CPG, Pharmaceuticals) using ATS systems, particularly Avature. You are comfortable interacting with senior management and possess excellent communication, research and analytical skills, and hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or Organizational Development. Fluency in French (written and verbal) is required, with strong knowledge of Excel and Power Point. YOU are legally authorized to work in Canada THE OPPORTUNITY In your role you will oversee and coordinate the sourcing and first level screening process and be a trusted and credible internal search partner by delivering faster, better and cost effective hiring solutions, as well as proactively build a database of candidates for entry level, middle and senior level roles within the Canadian market. • You will be directly involved in maintaining candidate relationships through the online database, social media, campus recruitment, employee referrals and networking events. You will also act as the key liaison between candidates, hiring managers and HR Business partners. You will lead the end to end recruitment process of all open positions as well as actively support integration initiatives for all new hires. • YOU will work closely with all managers and their respective recruitment needs within all functions to lead and oversee all Talent Acquisition needs. • YOU will ensure a positive consultative approach in communicating to all candidates, and exhibit superior customer service skills for both internal and external stakeholders. • YOU will lead actively in building Direct Sourcing capabilities and affiliate knowledge with the right people, roles, resources, and tools. • YOU will continuously source and/or develop new age / contemporary search tool to increase the company’s visibility to attract more candidates. In additional to this, you will support and implement assigned projects & initiatives under the guidance of the Manager of Talent Acquisition to ensure successful implementation within budget, and on schedule.
