What’s the job? This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven, entrepreneurial person who has their own ideas and initiatives they want to bring to the table and be supported by a global company. As a Sales Development Representative, you will assist in developing the presence of our Reduced-Risk Products (RRP) across multiple commercial channels in Finland. We are looking for someone who has a wide network within retail or HoReCa/events and enjoys working in roles where relationship building is paramount. You will be the natural contact point for both internal stakeholders and external partners and be involved sales activity planning and execution. Your day-to-day • Implementing, monitoring and executing strategies in line with our overall ambition • Establish and build long term relationships with partners and contacts within the HoReCa, events and other commercial channels • Initiate, plan and execute events • Provide insight and analysis of the market and consumers to assist with strategic decision making What we need from you • Experience working in sales, either in retail, events or HoReCa • Excellent relationships with key target audience • Strong entrepreneurial mindset and sense of ownership • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills • Able adjust to change and think outside the box • Fluency in Finnish and English What’s in it for you?
