Join our significant Sales team in the south region of the country, you will have the opportunity to Lead, manage, motivate and train the team of Sales Representatives in a given Territory in order to meet all growth objectives, market share objectives and deliver results for key business priorities. Your day-to-day will include Manage all territory distribution operation aspects in an autonomous but responsible manner consistent with our standard policies and principles in order to maximize PML's all key priorities and objectives. Set territory objectives and KPIs based on PML's strategies and guidelines in order to meet all required objectives. Provide clear & timely direction, execution & planning to the team in order to enhance relationships with the retailers in the territory and maximize the development of PML's product portfolio. Who are we looking for? Main responsibilities: Business Management 1.Sales targets management: Maximize PM sales and availability in the assigned territory by ensuring optimal PM products availability at all channels (Trade/KA/CV/Tobacconist), OOS prevention and support sales through well prepared, executed and monitored trade and consumer engagement activities where applicable. Identify and act upon territory specific opportunities to maximize commercial success. Regularly monitor the volume (sell-in) development in the territory, with special focus on strategic channels/platforms. Set targets for improving sales of PM brands in the assigned territory and monitor the progress. 2.Distribution, Handling & Availability: Develop and maintain optimum territory coverage, call mission plans and call frequency patterns to maximize efficient and effective sales force utilization. Actively work on ensuring the handling and availability of PM SKUs at the PM covered universe, by setting and following up on targets to PM sales representatives for different products, in line with objectives defined in the territory plans. Ensure full operational routes at all time and, if necessary, replace a Sales Representative on the field. 3.Commercial activities: Supervise the implementation of the commercial plans in the assigned territory and ensure that KPIs and objectives are met and ROI achieved. 4.Trade Engagement: Build strong business relationships with leading retailers in the territory and support the Digital platform operation as a base to all commercial plans 5.Finance: Utilize finance tools to the maximum in order to increase sales. Manage finance bank days, manage and supervise the collection of recall checks. Supervision of employees shortages and surpluses (Inventory and cash). 6.Interface work: Work hand in hand with the Regional commercial supervisor and the Regional analyst to build & implement successful commercial initiatives to promote and sell our brands, ensuring 7.Policies and regulations: Ensure that the SR's adhere fully to the internal procedures and policies related to finance, Driving & Security and operations as well as to any other internal rules and regulations. People management: 1.Employees/team motivation Lead, motivate and guide the Sales reps. To achieve optimal business results (Sales targets, Handling & Distribution) in any aspect of the business. Create a team spirit and support the construction of the team as a competitive team. Carry out efficient monitoring of employee turnover and absences within the area. Retain high motivation level of Sales reps. through efficient field support Trainings and evaluation process. Recognizing employees for achievements and successes, and nurture team spirit and a spirit of support and mutual assistance. 2.Train & Develop: Equip the Sales Reps. with the skills required and the knowledge necessary for carrying out the job. Constantly identify personal and group training needs and organize training accordingly. Lead and train the Sales Reps. in the allocated area for ensuring Excellent business relations with retailers and to position the Company as a leading retail Supplier. Train and provide on the job coaching to the team for them to maximize the territory potential. Lead recruitment process when needed and ensure that the new Sales Rep. onboarding process will be carried out pursuant, in coordination with PMI People & Culture spirit. 3.Self-development: Regularly locates professional and managerial areas for development. Focuses on development objectives and manages them proactively with the help of relevant factors. Who are we looking for?
