What’s the job The Digital Trade Engagement Manager is responsible for our OPEN digital platform, which interacts directly with our retailer community. This role requires someone with commercial acumen who can ensure the platform operates and grows in line with our overall business strategy, whilst ensuring a fantastic user experience. You will lead a talented team and work with other departments and our digital creative agencies to drive the development and expansion of our trade community. Your ‘day to day’ • Define the strategy and goals in line with the Nordic Management Team and our overall strategic vision and commercial needs • Keeping our consumers, retailers and key account customers at the heart of the strategy. • Together with your team and partners, lead and develop our online platform and tools used by our retail partners • Develop digital educational content to support retailers working with Philip Morris products • Develop and execute plans to increase activities and engagement from our retail partners • Ensure successful digital campaigns by having strong communication and collaboration across different functions and markets • You are the spider in web coordinating tactical plans with various stakeholders, like external agencies and the commercial teams in the different Nordic countries. Who we’re looking for: • A minimum of 8 years experience related to digital marketing or similar field • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant subject area • Experience working towards retailers and operating with a consumer centric mentality • You are a people manager and love leading and developing your team • You are passionate about digital and putting it at the heart of an organization and its growth • Strong enough technical skill to develop our strategy and translate our needs to suppliers and partners • Experienced working in a multinational setting and understand the complexities of different market needs and ways of working • Experience in Google Analytics and other metric trackers • Experience in Salesforce would be beneficial although not essential • Fluency in English and one other Scandinavian language What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
