Quality Technician Do you have strong social skills, are you customer oriented, and do you want to work for a Top Employer? We are looking for a Quality Technician who will work in İzmir to develop, evaluate, establish, maintain, and administer manufacturing products and incoming material specifications in accordance with PMI global specifications and local factory requirements. Read further if you want to learn what the main responsibilities of the role are: • Gather complaints from production about the materials and evaluate, • Check if the specifications are met, if not initiate communication with external suppliers, • Have an up-to-date knowledge of procedures and instructions apply them in full compliance, • Uncover hidden issues and potential improvement areas related to quality, • Develop fast solutions or projects, • Search for necessary resources for the solution, set up a team if necessary follow up action plans, • Be active constructive communication with internal and external partners (all quality team, PT, SPT, supervisor, etc.) regarding quality holds, physical laboratory equipment maintenance and calibration activities, • Critical material non-compliance management, • Ensure that all these are carried out in accordance with occupational safety, quality, production, and PMI standards. This position can be something for you if you recognize yourself in the below profile. You: • Hold a Technical High school degree, Associate degree or Bachelor's degree, • Have at least 1 year of experience in Quality or Production, • Have good written and verbal communication skills in English, • Have strong communication & interpersonal skills and have attention to detail, • Are collaborative, a team player, out-of-box thinker, customer oriented and a quick learner, • Knowledge about physical analysis lab equipment is a plus, • Knowledge about Integrated Working System, Root-Cause Analysis Methods & No-Touch Control Systems are plus, • Knowledge about soft/technical capability building is a plus.
