We are looking for a best-in-class Head of Digital to lead and execute end-to-end B2B/B2C digital value-chain. This role is accountable to achieve commercial performance and improve Consumer NPS, leveraging the potential of the digital channels and tools in the deployment of commercial and marketing programs, projects and initiatives. This is an opportunity to drive innovation across the organization, embedding a digital-first approach to serving consumers. Key responsibilities: • Accountable for commercial performance (P&L and commercial KPIs), service performance, and NPS of e-commerce and e-care channels to: - To lead Digital strategy planning & implementation (in conjunction with key functions) to drive business growth through leveraging of owned ,2nd party & 3rd party platforms for consumer acquisition in a cost-effective manner; - Define, execute and optimize CRM including messaging, testing/optimization, audience segmentation, creative requirements and frequency; - Execute digital marketing campaigns, including content optimization, paid source traffic (advertisement) and organic traffic to generate visits to online and offline touchpoints; - Deploy all brand and product content across digital channels, supporting Brand and Marketing to trans-create global content and messages to target the intended audience effectively. • Responsible for e-commerce commercial activities and managing digital go-to-market strategies including: - Define and deploy the digital GTM to guide consumer through the (Aware, Try, Buy) decision journey; - Identify, select and manage third-parties e-commerce marketplaces and partners; - Execute new product launches for digital, deploying campaigns in collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure an effective go-to-market (GTM) and omni-channel execution; - Accountable for Brand awareness and considerations across digital channels and media; - Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and leverage digital/performance analytics in order to continuously monitor and optimize e-commerce/care, digital marketing, social, commercial and NPS performance; - CRM audience management and operations in line with consumer segmentation and the consumer experience guidelines; - Define and implement best in class User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) for all digital B2C channels in line with Consumer Experience and Brand guidelines; - Participate in commercial programs, projects and initiatives providing deep digital expertise, from idea generation to GTM (go-to-market), executing across digital channels. • Business management and reporting - Generate reports and insights on consumer interactions on digital channels, for the benefit of the entire commercial organization. Single source of truth for digital consumer data; - Manage and optimize digital budget to ensure effective and efficient execution of projects, programs and initiatives; • Participate in the Marketing and Digital leadership team governance and provide input and recommendation to the overall Marketing and Digital plans as digital subject matter expert. Essential Skills and competencies: • At least 7 years work experience within digital environment with proven commercial track record to meet or exceed targets and goals. • Excellent all-round digital expertise championing innovative digital approaches. • Deep knowledge of digital/ Omni-Channel processes and engagement including managing online partners’ relationship. • Proven experience of lean start-up methodologies. • Great business sense and creative mindset underpinned by data-driven thinking. • A systematic and logical approach to problem solving and a capacity to work around problems. Ability to adapt and respond quickly to a fast changing environment. • A self-starter, ability to prioritize, conflict-resolution skills and adhere to business-critical deadlines. • An entrepreneurial by heart - Optimistic, able to take calculated risks, and most importantly can execute and/or improvise based on untested ideas. • Ability to communicate relevant information to all levels of the organization, provide vision, and engage people drive the business objectives.   • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Degree in marketing, business, computer science or equivalent.
