Intern Consumer Journey Who we’re looking for: • Active student in digital communication, marketing or related area • Creative and resourceful, with strong attention to detail, able to deliver within an environment of uncertainty, ambiguity and complexity • Fluent English speaker, with strong French or German This role is part of the Consumer Journey, Omni channel Strategy and Incubation team in the Swiss affiliate (Philip Morris S.A) in Lausanne/Switzerland. You will be working on improving Consumer Journey Experience through all communication channels. You will be creating, updating and publishing inspiring content. You will learn what putting consumer at the core means. More specifically, you will be working on: • Consumer Journey Mapping • Consumer Centricity Newsletters • Management and improvement of the Consumer Journey Toolbox to ensure coherent and up to date communication Be a part of a revolutionary change.
