Ultimately, by delivering our smoke-free future, your work could change the lives of a billion smokers. Your ‘day to day’ You will be employed in Hong Kong under Philip Morris Asia Limited (PMAL). PMAL operates as a subsidiary of Philip Morris International, Inc. for the Smoke-Free Products at electronic Product Development Center (ePDC). You will lead Change Control projects on electronic device and develop appropriate strategies to introduce new methodologies, processes and innovations, in order to meet business needs. Provide consultation to multiples areas of the organization on Change Control processes. Responsibilities • Achieve results by applying a high level of technical competence as a specialist in the area of Change Control where few known precedents exist. • Lead all project stages and coordinate the technical activities of multi-disciplinary or cross-functional participants to meet project objectives • Via utilization of a sound understanding of PMI's business needs, participate in regular management reviews and act as Change Control Specialist and Advisor where technical information may have a potential positive impact on meeting the strategic objectives of PMI • Lead and direct internal Change Control project members (and external consultants & vendors when applicable) to ensure project scopes, budgets, schedules and timelines are developed & led from project initiation until closure, and is compliant to all PMI standards • Review, evaluate and lead large quantities of technical information and existing PMI documents. Perform knowledge management via data compilation, review and storage align with Company or any other equivalent accreditation authority requirements • Actively participate in strategies development and activity plans. Coordinate the delivery of the change control activities of internal and external partners to meet the identified project scope and objectives required to ensure their successful closures. • Carry out all of the activities ensuring that PMI Compliance Policies, standards, and laws relating to these activities are fully respected, coordinated and understood by partners, and implement adequate processes to ensure the protection of information of a confidential nature. Who we’re looking for • Engineering or Science Degree or Equivalent • 5-10 years of proven experience, preferably in consumer electronics / medical device/ automotive/ component industry or in a multinational environment. • Solid knowledge of product design, configuration and manufacturing process of electronics device. • Good command of English is a must • Functional expertise required in line with functional scope • Good interpersonal skills and stakeholders management What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
