Your ‘day to day’ You will be driving digital projects and the optimization of our digital marketing initiatives within the consumer journey. The role This position will proactively drive the development of our communication with our customers- legal aged users (LAU) and legal aged smokers (LAS), and optimize the business through data analysis and translating findings into suggestions for activities and campaigns. You will be responsible for audience segmentation and analysis of both LAU and LAS for CRM, our digital initiatives and campaigns. The position will proactively ensure that our initiatives are being optimized and followed. Examples of tasks: • Planning, developing and execute CRM strategies to increase loyalty and retention to increase overall digital performance. • Mapping the digital journeys by analyzing touch points along a pipeline and maximizing commercial opportunities with this information. • Quality assurance and development of our CRM system, templates and database. • Measure and analyze performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Conductor, WebTrends, Tag Manager etc.) Who we’re looking for You are an analytical person with strong project management skills. You will have strong stakeholder management skills that you will use when working with both internal and external contacts. It is a prerequisite that you are a team player with an unpretentious attitude at work that requires great flexibility, but that you are proactive and largely able to take your own initiatives and work independently. You will have: • Bachelor or Master’s degree in a relevant field of study • Minimum of 3-5 years work experience, ideally within ecommerce and digital marketing • Working knowledge of the online sales process and experience with digital performance • Experience working with a CRM journey and systems • Fluency in both Swedish and English is a requirement for this role • HTML & CSS skills are a big plus What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
