In P&C (People & Culture - our HR function), we are looking for HR subject experts who are driven, disruptive and dynamic. Your ‘day to day’ As a People & Culture Operations Specialist, you will be a part of the P&C team and work closely with your colleagues to secure that compensation, benefits, payroll and personnel administration is carried out. You will be responsible for some of Nordic countries and will be coordinating the processes for payroll as the subject matter expert. Your responsibilities: • Support Philip Morris employees with HR related queries, actively following-up on end-to-end resolution of all cases • Coordinate and perform activities in the area of payroll, time and attendance, benefits and mobility in close cooperation with our external providers • Propose and implement solutions to simplify HR processes and reduce administrative pain points • Contribute to driving a successful Employee Experience (EX) life-cycle • Collaborate with wide variety of internal and distant teams and stakeholders This role reports directly to the Team leader of P&C Operations. Besides tasks that the role comprehends, you will also have the opportunity to be coordinating and contributing to projects, and be part of our company transformation to fulfill our vision of creating a smoke-free future. Who we’re looking for: • 2- 3 years experience within payroll and benefits administration • Fluent English essential, a Scandinavian language a big plus • Experience in using Microsoft Office tools (especially MS Excel) • Knowledge of the SAP is an asset • Project coordination experience is a plus • Excellent prioritizing skills • A collaborative, agile and open mindset This is a temporary position that will run for a minimum of one year, potentially longer. We are looking for an individual with an open mindset to challenges and that has the ability to communicate solutions and ideas, someone that encompasses their curiosity and drive to develop multiple skills within P&C, Finance, Accounting or any other relevant areas.
