We are looking for a Specialist Supply Chain - Track and Trace who will work in Istanbul for 8 months and be responsible for leading the track and trace activities in our Duty Free department. You will be supporting one of the most important PMI goal: fight again illicit trade. This position will keep under control the scanning accuracy at customer level. Read further if you want to learn what the main responsibilities of the role are: 1.Tracking and Tracing Performance •Lead and coordinate with stakeholders all track & trace activities for PMIDF at the distributor level •Strategic improvements, specifically with the concerned stakeholders to ensure track and trace related projects are executed on time •Constantly communicating to external providers, Operations and customers escalating issues when needed 2.Specific activities: Utrack •Monitor Utrack performance at distributor and operator level •Scanning daily issue solving and follow up, contact with actual provider to find fastest solution •Scanning accuracy Monthly reconciliation on the SKU level •Follow up actions with the Business Support on mapping issues •Follow up with the customer solving issues within monthly reporting/ planning cycle •Reconcile the stock based on shipments in and IMS •Master Data management (iTrack Genedits) •Automatic emails: missing scanning contact and days alert alignment update •Decommissioning & new installations/replacements •Contact and improvement leading with the customer •14 Utrack kits: •7 kits in Europe region •3 kits in Eurasia region •4 kits in Middle East region 3.Specific activities: TPD •Scanning daily issue solving and follow up, contact with actual provider to find fastest solution •Contact and improvement leading with the customer This position can be something for you if you recognize yourself in the below profile. You: • Hold a university degree (Logistic, engineering or operations background is preferred) • Have at least 1 year of experience in OPERATIONS •Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Have strong communication & interpersonal skills and have attention for detail • Are collaborative, a team player, customer oriented and a quick learner •Duty Free business is preferred •Familiar with Scanning activities and legal requirements in different Countries (TPD, DTS) •Familiar with Manufacturing processes and coding areas at different levels (pack, bundle, case) •Knowledge of the principal scanning companies (Inexto, Dentsu) is a plus •Situational leadership and communication to deal with diversified culture, markets and customer profiles •Ability to see the big picture and with good peripheral vision •Comfortable dealing with ambiguity to adapt to uncertain and constantly changing business conditions •Agile learner with strong action orientation and drive for results One more thing: at Philip Morris we see equal pay for equal work between woman and men as the baseline standard for equality.
