HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? ? Anticipate, understand business demands and organization needs to develop and implement solutions on employee engagement and culture building. ? Translate P&C strategies into sound and creative communication plans and ensure successful deliveries of targets. ? Collaborate with the PMO to conduct readiness assessment, develop and implement plans to embed new ways of working in the organization. ? Lead employer branding activities in collaboration with Digital and Corporate Communication team. ? Act as change catalyst, leading the change management plan to enable successful deployment of global strategic organizational initiatives in local market. ? Monitor external benchmarks, best practices and trends in people engagement and employer branding. ? Assist P&C Head to design and implement capability building programs and engagement activities for the P&C function. ? Ensure all P&C plans and activities meet all local legal requirements and PMI principles and practices. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? ? 7-10 years of working experience in similar roles or other areas of HR linked to organization culture, transformation and HRBP. ? Experience in project management and/or change management. ? Design thinking with creative and continuous improvement mindset. ? Excellent communication skills (verbal and written in English and Vietnamese). ? Strong networking and influencing skills. ? Drive for results with collaborative spirit. ? Technology savvy, e.g. Microsoft Word Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Social media WHAT WE OFFER?
