Purpose: Lead the development and implementation of OE, OD, WoW and consumer centric initiatives that increase the capability, understanding, effectiveness and efficiency of PMJ. Accountability: 1. Identify organization transformation / improvement priorities. Design and deliver OE, OD and change management strategies, processes and interventions that support PMJ’s business vision and transformation activities. Develop a work plan and manage projects to meet agreed milestones with optimum quality, including project goals, approach, resources & responsibilities, interdependencies, timing and success measures are agreed, ensuring stakeholder management and support for interventions. 2. Support the development and implementation of functional OD and consumer centric initiatives. Working closely with key stakeholders support the business to improve core business processes, refine organizational structures and clarify roles and accountabilities. Analyze and interpret organization data to deepen understanding of improvement and efficiency opportunities. 3. Keep current on best practices and innovative programs to provide insights making OE/OD/ WoW initiatives and projects more robust with data and benchmarks 4. Assess and deliver capability development initiatives to build the OE, OD capability of P&C and identified key stakeholders to enable the effective implementation of org effectiveness, org review/design, and change management interventions. 5. Assess and identify WoW improvement priorities. Design and deliver WoW interventions that support the improvement of PMJ’s PBW environment and transformation activities. 6. Support the embedding of agile and FFWD in P&C by acting as a Scrum Master / FFWD catalyst for identified P&C projects. Work Experience: • 8-10 years’ experience in Experience in Organization Effectiveness, Human Resources and Consulting.
