As Global Brand Manager Chesterfield, you will be supporting the definition of the global strategy for the brand, take a stand in the creative development of new packaging and product initiatives, act as the connector between Operating Center (Lausanne) and the Markets, to ensure timely in-market introductions. You will: • Acquire a truly Global Perspective, as you will be mastering the global overview of the brand, by analyzing its segments performance, connecting dots with competitors’ strategies and identifying new opportunities for the brand’s growth in untapped segments or unserved consumer needs; • Closely collaborating with Markets around the world, to support them in brands plans’ definition and deployment, by leading new initiatives approval process, presenting the initiatives on their behalf to senior management and aligning all key SME (Operations, Legal, Design Team) for punctual and timely in-market launch of initiatives; • Be a key part of the creative process for developing a new product or a limited packaging edition by ideating and delivering the concept, preparing the creative brief for packaging designs, assessing product requirements, and ensuring early consumer input through test and learn techniques. • With key challenges for the brand in mind, you will have the chance to participate to ideation sessions with the creative agency, to come up with packaging and/or new products development to address those issues We’re looking for someone with: - Curiosity and eagerness to understand, with very good analytical skills, who can work with big bulk of information, able to connect the dots, spot out emerging trends and insights and turn them into actions. - Good presentation skills, with ability to synthetize complex topics, putting together concise business cases and propose solutions, supported with evidence and data. - Demonstrated capacity to work under time pressure, organize and prioritize work to meet changing requirements - Advanced Project / Program management skills, with experience of leading complex, cross-functional projects - Collaborative mindset, with strong communication skills, confident in working with senior management and stating his/her point of view - Hands-on attitude, with strong drive to achieve results and gets things done on time - Relevant experience 5+ yrs (Commercial, Business Development, Marketing). Knowledge of on Conventional Cigarette business is a plus.
