Among them - IQOS, a system that uses heated tobacco and eliminates combustion. IQOS is available in many countries throughout Europe, including Sweden as of 2019. In this new dynamic reality, our Swedish brand marketing team is looking for a Marketing Specialist RRP to support in driving key strategic projects and enhance the brand experience for our IQOS users. This role will give an opportunity to drive strategic outset together with hands-on implementation, working in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. You will among other things be responsible for: • Develop and drive IQOS brand marketing initiatives in accordance with defined strategy to achieve both short- and long-term objectives. • Design communication, content and engagement plans, addressing key consumer insights. • Drive new product launches and brand activation initiatives, monitor and evaluate performance against the objectives on a regular basis. • Manage creative agencies collaboration and ensure clear briefing, impactful deliverables, timely execution and controlled cost of activities as part of marketing budget. • Build & maintain an excellent relationship with internal cross-functional stakeholders as well as external partners. KEY REQUIREMENTS • A university degree within Marketing, Business or similar • Minimum 4 years’ experience in business and consumer focus roles (marketing, research, strategic planning) preferably in FMCG industry • Experience working in a multinational company • Action and details oriented with strong analytical mindset and ability to manage multitasking • Concise communicator with strong collaboration and problem-solving skills • Fluent in English.
