To help us in this mission, we are looking for a talented individual who is consumer focused and carries excellent BA skills in CRM, eCommerce, Apps, API’s and Integrations. This is an exciting opportunity for you to shape our B2C Team that develops technology delivering on critical commercial and external stakeholder focused business outcomes. You will be key in ensuring continuous development excellence, high-level business user and consumer satisfaction, and ultimately help us achieve our mission. Your ‘day to day’ • Managed discussions with business users and DEV on requirements before, during and after project implementation to support cross-departmental initiatives in process driven environments . • Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge-based articles to document new projects/programs, daily operations, or commonly faced issues. • Contribute constructively in open discussions and being able to work with competing ideas to achieve project success with approved ideas. • Provide support to the ecommerce business owners with regards to challenges raised to the Support Team relating to ecommerce systems and business processes • Liaise and follow up on issues raised with external vendors providing e-commerce business process support. • Respond to ad-hoc queries raised by the business teams with regards to Orders, Payments, and Reconciliations • Work with business partners to elicit, understand, define and document business requirements. • Liaise with technical users to assist with the translation of business requirements into technical solutions. • Collaborate with developers to test and verify that solutions will meet the business requirements. • Design and review test cases, process change requests, facilitate user acceptance testing, support installation and deployment. • Help design, document and maintain system processes while working with business partners to optimize and improve system integrations • Constantly seek opportunities to improve current processes and value adding opportunities to own function and respective business partners. Who we’re looking for • Been a part of an Agile BA-DEV Team responsible for CRM, eCommerce, Apps, API’s and Integrations for 3 to 5 years – KEY! • BA experience with eComm tech such as Shopify, OpenCart, SAP Hybris and CRM platforms like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other. • Solid understanding for API technologies, native and web Apps. • A Proactive communication style in and outside the Scrum Team with good time management and organizational skills – You will work on projects with tight and competing deadlines! • Excellent Analytical and Communication skills to articulate business pain points and translate them to actionable user stories using Jira, Confluence, Visio etc. • Superior listening, critical thinking and writing skills. Ability to understand technical as well as business requirements.
