KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE ROLE: As a Legal Analyst, you will be responsible for providing legal advice mainly on Dutch corporate law and support in international projects in close cooperation with your business colleagues. You will also provide legal advice to the board of directors of several Dutch holding entities, participate in board meetings and document resolutions. The legal analyst will also be responsible among other things for drafting intercompany contracts and providing legal advice to the business. In addition, you will be a member of the PMI Corporate Governance team, and have the opportunity to work on international projects. Successful candidates will be expected to undertake research on fairly complex legal issues independently; propose solutions to matters; provide legal advice directly to the business colleagues and be responsible for certain tasks with minimal supervision. Key activities: Assist in preparation and drafting of intercompany contracts from a legal perspective Participate in international projects and provide legal advice from a Dutch corporate law perspective Manage the corporate governance and practice of the Dutch holding companies, including the legalization and registration process of corporate documents Provide legal advice to the board of directors WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR: You are a law graduate and you have knowledge of and experience with Dutch corporate law You have at least 2 years of prior working experience in a law firm or in-house legal department You have excellent Dutch and English communication skills, both verbal and written You have a strong sense of ownership, team work and responsibility for the completion of the assigned tasks and team’s success WHAT WE OFFER: You will join a dynamic, international and fast-paced work environment in a constantly evolving industry and will interact with different levels of experience and expertise across the Company.
