You’ll be solving supply chain problems that span the whole world: a smoke-free world. Your ‘day to day’ as Logistics Project Manager •Implement the End to End (E2E) activities needed to run Logistics projects from the conceptualization, to initiation, business case creation, contract negotiation with vendors, deployment and delivery and hyper care/ post implementation hand over • Lead, coordinate and govern all the partners in the project ensuring each work package owner delivers as planned, driving steering committee with stakeholders and communicate to the organization results achieved. • Run project management for new fulfilment hub implementation across the regions. • Ensure that project delivers desired KPI’s once the new hub is implemented. • Apply systematically project management monitoring and control, timely advance and propose solutions to eliminate deviation from target. • Support the handover of the project implementation to the business owner ensuring the performance and KPI’s are achieved. • Strive for continuous improvement of the Supply chain processes and optimization of the business processes linked to the project under delivery. • Ensure that new hubs are implemented using standard template in term of processes, organization and system architecture Who we’re looking for • College/University degree (with emphasis on Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain) or equivalent combination of education and work experience. • At least 3-5 years in warehousing, logistics, custom processes in a multinational company • Deep knowledge of warehousing and logistics optimization process including bonded warehouse, import/export, inbound/ outbound and customs procedures. • Deep knowledge on Project management toolkits. Good knowledge of the international export business. • Working knowledge of SAP (or other ERP) and MS Office tools. • Customer service oriented and very great teammate, flexible and stress resistant • Very good communication and negotiation skills, thoughtful and respectful, but firm on vital issues • High sense of urgency and ability to react quickly and optimally after capturing & consolidating all relevant information • Excellent analytical and learning capabilities • Action oriented, Priority Setting, Problem Solving • Analytical mindset What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
