PMI is establishing a new Finance Center in Philippines. The goal of this new center is to support PMI affiliates by developing an efficient, effective, capable and engaged organization with capabilities to collect, analyze and deliver information for fast, data-driven decision-making. You will work with a very dynamic, multicultural and exciting team, contributing directly to strategic internal initiatives and collaborating closely with both internal and external stakeholders, supporting PMI affiliates with new business solutions. Your ‘day to day’ As a Finance System Governance Analyst, you will support critical activities for the implementation and migration of affiliates & markets to the new Finance technologies being implemented (Tagetik, Data Ocean (DO), Power BI). More specifically you will: • Support central team in validating, transferring data, according to specifications • Analyze data sets and provide input to project teams and market teams • Monitor the validity of transmissions and identify missing data or data failures • Identify issues, inconsistencies and suggest solutions in data reconciliations • Performing recurring administration and configuration tasks in PMI finance tool (Tagetik) • Perform UATs (User Acceptance Tests) activities for Tagetik/DO/PBI upgrades • Create / modify master data in our systems (Tagetik) • Prepare security accesses and perform regular security reviews As an Expert User of the newly implemented Finance tools your role will evolve into providing continuous support to the markets, based on Service Level Agreements, with particular focus on the continuous improvement and enhancement of the tools. For that purpose you will collaborate with the central System Governance, Data Governance and Information Technology teams, contributing with innovative ideas and solutions to address the evolving business needs. What we’re looking for: • Degree in Information Technology, Management, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or similar; • Minimum 1 year of validated experience in analytical functions; • Strong analytical skills coupled with data interpretation, ideally on finance domain; • Experience in managing large sets of data, analyze correlations and validate; Expert usage of Excel, with analysis, pivots, formulas; • Prior experience with Financial systems / EPM tools (e.g. Oracle Hyperion, SAP BPC, Board) • Knowledge of financial data models in FMCG is a strong plus; • Experience in supporting/implementing systems for finance is a plus • Proficiency in MS Office and English language (spoken and written); • Experience in PowerBI is a plus • Customer satisfaction mindset: quality and timeliness of delivery. • Good communication skills.
