We are currently looking to hire a IT Solution Expert – Data, in the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) domain of the Philip Morris International (PMI) Service Center Europe (SCE) in Jakarta, Indonesia. As part of PMI’s digital transformation, the PLM domain is undergoing a revolution; building capabilities, leveraging new solutions and delivering improved integration between product definition in PLM and the use of product and related data in Supply Chain, Finance and Commercial systems. Key to this revolution is a new solution to address the lifecycle of a product and associated data from conception through design and development and its integration and use in other systems and processes. HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? You will be part of the PLM domain, using your knowledge and experience to define, build and maintain data and data definitions for products purchased, manufactured and sold by PMI. For this, you will leverage previous experience in similar domains to develop, maintain and exploit data principles, standards & guidelines for the PLM domain while defining the overall architectural vision and direction of data quality and distribution. The Responsibilities • Within the PLM domain, define, design and deliver technology solutions to meet business objectives. • Lead requirements gathering with internal customers to define solutions maximining business value. • Collaborate with other Architects, Data Engineers, DevOps Engineers and Subject Matter Experts to design data definitions integrating seamlessly with the overall corporate landscape. • Provide input to the strategic direction of technology investments to assist in the development of the enterprise architecture and maximize the return on technology investment • Experiment to prove the value of your own ideas and innovations, driving continuous improvement • Interacting with mid to senior level executives from within and beyond IT. • Consider additional implications of supporting Computer Validated System (CSV) processes. Skills & experience: Mandatory • Confirmed (6-10 years) experience in IT Support / Projects for IT solutions for a high-pace multinational environment , ideally across global markets for FMCG or electronics companies. • Experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Master Data Management (MDM), or other systems managing complex product related data across systems. o Manufacturing BOMs o Manufacturing product and component material definitions o Manufacturing Product specifications including process definitions o Data distribution and alignment across multiple systems Knowledge in some or all: • Integration technologies (API, ESB, ETL, message server) o Preferably experience in MuleSoft anypoint platform • Experience in functional data definitions and sematic data flow definition • Master data governance process • Data quality standards, methods, processes and tools • Product Lifecycle Management process knowledge • Experience in data integration • Reporting & analytics – data visualization (PowerBI) • SQL knowledge • Agile methodology and tools • Experience in regulated environments with GxP or other pharmaceutical like governance. • DevOps practices and Agile software development o Preferably experience with Atlassian Suite (Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence), Jenkins, Artifactory • Experience working in an ideation, experimentation approach to innovation.
