We are looking for a Finance Business Lead to employ in our Head Quarter, in Istanbul, who will be a member of our Budget and Reporting team and act as a Finance business partner. Specifically, you will: •Assist in coordinating and guiding the financial planning & reporting process, ensure correct use of business assumptions, consolidate financial results, analyse key trends in financials as well a business, and provide the management with meaningful analysis. •Work side by side with business counterparts, co-piloting for solution creation to business problems and execution of relevant analysis to support required decision making •Ensure steady allocation of resources throughout the organization via the budgeting process of operating expenses. •Support the identification and implementation of solutions to issues and improvements to processes and methodologies relating to budget planning & reporting to ensure these processes are carried out in an effective, controlled and efficient manner. •Take ownership of the development and implementation of digital financial solutions to business needs and improvements to processes. •Prepare accurate and reliable financial analyses and reports, which meet established standards and the management reporting requirements. What we expect from you: •Providing timely and accurate projections in a rapidly changing external environment that drives the increasing uncertainty on the assumptions used •Able to perform under time pressure •Strong drive, devoted energy to response to emerging business needs •Solid business acumen and understanding of a variety of functional areas within the business. •Always keep a “customer-centric” mind-set and act as a trustworthy Finance business partner. •Able to adapt to ongoing changes in digital financial solutions while assessing potential implementations. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Economics, Engineering, Management) / MBA is a plus. •Minimum 5 years of experience in forecasting & reporting or business development related positions in a multinational organization of which min. 3 years of experience in finance. •Excellent command of MS Office applications. SAP & USGAAP experience is an asset •Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Turkish •Strong analytical thinking capability and learning skills, being capable of effectively handling multiple priorities with a high level of customer focus •Ability to work and interact with people at all levels in the organization. •The commercial finance partner experience is a plus Due to COVID-19, this role will start as a remote position, but it will transfer to our HQ either partially or fully, after we start to work from the office again.
